1. Educational purpose only
Everything on this site and inside the SpaceTrades community, including chart breakdowns, drills, commentary, lessons, and any future mentorship content, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It exists to teach a framework for reading markets, not to tell you what to trade.
2. No financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any futures contract, security, or other financial instrument. Any market opinion shared is general commentary, not advice tailored to you, your finances, or your circumstances. Every trading decision you make is yours alone. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional.
3. Risk disclosure
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Futures are leveraged instruments: you can lose more than your initial investment. Past performance, whether real, simulated, or implied, is not indicative of future results. You should only ever trade with capital you can afford to lose.
4. No guarantees
SpaceTrades makes no promise that you will become profitable, pass an evaluation, or achieve any particular result from the community, the drills, or the mentorship. Trading outcomes depend on factors outside anyone's control, including your own decisions. The Train Your Eye drills on this site are synthetic practice charts built for training pattern recognition. They are exercises, not trade signals and not a record of performance.
5. Not a registered advisor
SpaceTrades and Space are not registered as an investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, broker-dealer, or futures commission merchant with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, or any other regulatory body. Content is impersonal education made available to a general audience, not individualized trading advice.
6. Third-party platforms
Community access, membership, and any future payments run through third-party platforms, including Whop, Discord, and X. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. This site itself does not collect personal data, use analytics, or set cookies.
7. Intellectual property
The SpaceTrades name, site design, drills, and original content belong to SpaceTrades and may not be reproduced or resold without permission. Quarterly Theory and ICT are bodies of trading concepts credited to their respective originators. SpaceTrades is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
8. Changes
